Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using the reelswitch website and video creation app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account
You must be able to enter into an agreement where you live and use the service for lawful business or creative purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the business details, images, clips, text, and other material you provide. You give reelswitch permission to store, process, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the features you request. You must have the rights needed to upload and use your material, including for commercial posts if that is your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing a video and its caption before publishing.
Social connections and publishing
Connecting TikTok or Instagram is optional and subject to each platform's rules and availability. If publishing or scheduling becomes available, you authorize reelswitch to send the specific content and timing you approve to the selected account. Platform processing, moderation, availability, and metrics are outside our control, so a scheduled time or displayed metric is not a guarantee of delivery or reach. You can revoke a connection through the platform or contact us for help removing stored connection data.
Acceptable use
Do not use reelswitch to infringe another person's rights, publish unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, spread malware, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use. We may limit access when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Third-party features and payments
Some features rely on third-party services, including Google, Runway, TikTok, Meta, and potentially Stripe. Their own terms may also apply. If paid credits or subscriptions are offered, the price and purchase conditions will be shown before you confirm a purchase; these terms do not create a charge by themselves.
Service changes and availability
Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued, including while reelswitch is in development. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular result from generated content, or that an external platform will accept a post.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, reelswitch is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by your content, third-party platform decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account data by contacting us. We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
